Scholarship amount:

The Endeavour International Graduate Research Scholarship (EIPRS) only provides tuition and medical insurance. Foreign students who receive the scholarship also need to pay for their own living expenses. Of course, sometimes universities can provide living allowances.

Non-Australian citizens or permanent residents;

Have a first class honours degree or a research master's degree, or an international equivalent.
